OUT - OF- BOX - OF Battered Self-Esteem

Your self-esteem is a key building block to your entire experience of your life — from your career and your interactions with people at work and at home to your ability to reach your goals.
Many people struggle with ups and downs in their self-esteem that can be very disruptive and unsettling. This strategies that have helped many people repair their self-esteem and feel better about themselves in order to be happier and more successful.
  1. Facing the Damage and Owning It (with Self-Assessment). Take responsibility, make no excuses, and ask yourself why your situation is so? This is where you are now and not where you want to be, you have tried before isn’t enough for you to stop trying. “Die trying” is a story of success than never trying at all, hate where you are and not yourself, don’t be satisfied until you are fully appreciative of  you, even if others are not.
  2.  Recognizing Your Traps and Patterns, What are those things you love to do or always find yourself doing? How much has such strategies of yours or situation affected you? When do you give up? Are you satisfied with it? At what cost are you engaging in it? What about if it’s done differently or you in a completely different situation? Are you the very quiet and listening type you find that you don’t bother talking or explaining a situation? Or you give up easily because you find yourself prejudging yourself or others
  3.  Learn New Responses, Follow the Steps and Find Inspiration in Those You Admire, make a resolve and think about where you can be or how you can do it differently, listen to positive stories, picture yourself where you want to be, build yourself for that new status, ask yourself what you should know, read because knowledge builds confidence and it translate to great self-esteem.
  4.  Get Comfortable with New Behavior and Thought Patterns; Start Your New Path Feeling better about yourself, see the progress you are making or have made even if very small. Appreciate yourself for every work done, do more always and be patient with yourself, make sure every day you are better than the previous, believe in yourself we are all different and there’s is something different about you that people around you or somewhere in the world needs and appreciate and some day they would see your destiny touching lives, be positive even when there’s no need to be.
